MWWC held its first in person annual technical program, business meeting, and vendor show on September 19 & 20, 2023. Approximately 175 people, including operators, vendor reps, retired life members, and other guests attended the event. Certified operators received six hours of operator renewal credit, across the board for water treatment, water distribution, and wastewater.

Twenty-four companies were represented as traditional exhibitors at MWWC's annual vendor show. Four additional companies were represented as "Walking and Talking Exhibitors." Like traditional vendor reps, Walking and Talking company reps received exhibitor ribbons to wear at the show. Walking and Talking ​exhibitor registration also included recognitions as break sponsors, through signage and in the program booklet at the show, here on MWWC's webpage, and in the post annual meeting edition of the MWWC Mainlines Newsletter that will be published in November.
